Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how DeepDrug AI handles information submitted through the website, registration form, payment flow, and workshop communication channels.

DeepDrug AI collects information that participants voluntarily provide when registering interest or reserving a seat. This may include full name, email address, country, role, institution or company, LinkedIn profile, current experience level, seat type, payment preference, and optional questions or comments.

The purpose of collecting this information is to administer the DeepDrug AI Summer Founding Cohort, communicate about registration, coordinate payment follow-up, understand participant needs, prepare cohort materials, and provide relevant workshop updates.

Registration form information may be processed through third-party tools such as Tally for form collection, Google Sheets for internal tracking, Stripe for payment processing, and email or automation tools for cohort communication. These tools are used only to operate the cohort and related DeepDrug AI activities.

Payment details such as card numbers are handled by Stripe. DeepDrug AI does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on its own website. Stripe may provide payment status, customer email, transaction amount, receipt information, and payment identifiers needed for administration.

DeepDrug AI does not sell participant data. We do not provide registration lists to unrelated advertisers, brokers, or external commercial mailing lists. Information is used for workshop administration, relevant follow-up, and communication connected to DeepDrug AI educational activities.

Participants may receive emails about their registration, payment status, cohort schedule, access links, learning materials, reminders, recordings, certificates, and closely related DeepDrug AI workshop opportunities. Participants may request to stop receiving non-essential follow-up emails at any time.

We keep registration and payment records for as long as reasonably needed to manage the cohort, provide support, handle accounting, respond to disputes, verify attendance, issue certificates, and maintain a record of participant communication. Data that is no longer needed may be deleted or archived.

DeepDrug AI takes reasonable steps to protect participant information, including limiting access to registration records and using established service providers for forms, payments, and communication. No online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so participants should avoid submitting sensitive personal or confidential research data through the form.

Participants may contact DeepDrug AI to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal registration information where applicable. Some information may need to be retained when required for accounting, payment records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate administrative purposes.

If the website links to third-party services such as Tally, Stripe, LinkedIn, or email tools, those services may apply their own privacy practices. Participants should review the relevant third-party policies when using those platforms.

For privacy questions or requests, contact DeepDrug AI at contact@deepdrugai.com. This policy may be updated as the cohort infrastructure develops, and the latest version will be posted on this page.
