Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026. These Terms describe the conditions for using the DeepDrug AI website and registering for DeepDrug AI educational workshops or cohorts.
DeepDrug AI provides educational content, live online workshops, workflow discussions, training materials, and related resources in AI-assisted in-silico drug discovery. The service is intended for learning, professional development, and research workflow education.
By submitting the registration form or reserving a seat, participants confirm that the information they provide is accurate and that they are registering for educational training, not for medical, clinical, diagnostic, legal, regulatory, or investment advice.
The cohort may include discussion of computational tools, molecular docking, molecular dynamics, AI-assisted scoring, pose validation, structure curation, ligand preparation, and decision-making workflows. The content is provided for educational purposes and should not be treated as a guarantee of research, publication, clinical, or commercial outcomes.
Participants are responsible for evaluating how any methods, tools, or concepts apply to their own projects. DeepDrug AI does not guarantee that a workflow will identify a valid drug candidate, reproduce a specific result, pass peer review, or meet regulatory standards.
Workshop recordings, slides, checklists, examples, summaries, and other materials are provided for registered participants unless otherwise stated. Participants may use the materials for personal learning and internal educational reference, but may not resell, publicly redistribute, upload, or share them as a competing training product without written permission.
Participants should not submit confidential, unpublished, proprietary, patient-related, or sensitive research data through public forms or open workshop discussions unless they have permission and understand the risks. DeepDrug AI is not responsible for unauthorized disclosure of confidential data voluntarily shared by participants.
DeepDrug AI may adjust session structure, dates, curriculum emphasis, tools, examples, guest involvement, or delivery format when necessary to improve the educational experience or respond to operational constraints. Any major change affecting paid participants will be communicated reasonably.
Access links, recordings, certificates, and materials may be sent by email. Participants are responsible for providing an email address they can access and for checking spam or promotions folders if expected messages do not arrive.
DeepDrug AI reserves the right to refuse or remove access in cases of abuse, harassment, misuse of materials, fraudulent registration, chargeback abuse, disruptive behavior, or activity that harms other participants or the integrity of the cohort.
Pricing, seat availability, deadlines, and cohort dates may change for future cohorts. A participant’s confirmed payment applies to the specific seat type and cohort described at the time of registration unless DeepDrug AI agrees otherwise.
