Refund Policy

Last updated: June 2026. This Refund Policy explains how DeepDrug AI handles refund requests for the Summer Founding Cohort and related online workshop registrations.

DeepDrug AI sells limited seats for live online educational workshops and cohort-based training. Because seats are limited and preparation depends on registrations, refund timing matters.

Participants may request a refund before the cohort begins by contacting contact@deepdrugai.com with the registration name, payment email, seat type, and reason for the request. Refunds requested before the start of the cohort are generally easier to process.

If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original Stripe payment method. Processing time may depend on Stripe, the participant’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

After the cohort has started, refund requests are handled case by case. Factors may include attendance, access to recordings, access to materials, amount of content already delivered, and the reason for the request.

If a participant cannot attend live but recordings are included, access to recordings may be offered instead of a refund. This is especially relevant when the participant still receives the core educational value of the cohort.

No refund is guaranteed after a participant has accessed substantial materials, attended sessions, received recordings, or completed most of the cohort, unless DeepDrug AI determines that exceptional circumstances apply.

If DeepDrug AI cancels the cohort entirely and does not provide a reasonable alternative date, replacement cohort, or equivalent access, paid participants will be offered a refund or another suitable option.

If DeepDrug AI reschedules a session, the intention will be to provide reasonable notice and/or recording access. A single rescheduled session does not automatically create a refund right if the cohort remains available.

For lab, team, institutional, or custom arrangements, refund and cancellation terms may be handled separately depending on the agreed scope, number of participants, private session structure, and administrative requirements.

Chargebacks should be avoided when possible. Participants are encouraged to contact DeepDrug AI first so the issue can be reviewed and resolved directly.
